PURPOSE:To perform voltage and phase detection work efficiently with high accuracy by adding the outputs of amplifier circuits in respective voltage mechanisms respectively via buffer circuits to a phase detecting mechanism. CONSTITUTION:In closing a switch 2, detecting terminals 13, 13' are connected respectively to voltage detecting terminals 5a, 5b. If both terminals 4a, 4b are held charged, the signal of the source frequency is detected in the terminals 13, 13', and display devices 20, 20' are lighted via amplifier circuits 16, 16', waveform shaping circuits 17, 17', integrating circuits 18, 18', and waveform shaping circuits 19, 19'. On the other hand, the outputs of the circuits 17, 17' are inputted via buffer circuit 21, 21', and differentiating circuits 22, 22' to a phase detecting circuit 24, and in the case of the in-phase, the output of an inversion circuit 29 goes 0 and therefore the display device 30 does not light and in the case of different phases, the device 30 lights. Thereby, the charging state across the switch is known simultaneously and the phase detection is accomplished without malfunction of the voltage detecting mechanisms. |
