A fastening device for ski boots is described, which consists of a lever (1) which is linked by one of its ends in the region of one of the tabs (3) to be closed and which has a central section which is linked to the end of a connecting rod (10) provided with a hook (17) which is assigned to seats. The connecting rod (10) has devices (12, 13, 15, 16) for regulating its usable length as well as at least one essentially flexible section (14). By means of the fastening device according to the invention, a first coarse regulation and a second micrometric fine regulation can be achieved and, at the same time, the fastening force to be applied is constant regardless of the regulations set. <IMAGE>
