<p>PURPOSE:To enable to measure accurately fluctuation of electric potential of an electric apparatus insulated with gas extending over the high-frequency region from the outside without receiving influence of noise by a method wherein capacitors for division of potential are provided in the insulated apparatus so as to equalize influence from the circumference. CONSTITUTION:The capacitors 12 are arranged equally on the circumference of a metal plate 6 to equalize influence from the circumference and to reduce influence of mutual inductance between respective capacitors. Electric potential of a charging part conductor 3 has the value obtained by dividing potential with the ratio between electrostatic capacitance to be decided by spatial arrangement of the conductor 3 and the voltage detecting electrode 6, and capacitance of the capacitors 12. Electric potential thereof is introduced to coaxial cables 20a, 20b fixed to a flange, and only a signal component being subtracted electromagnetic wave noise through a differential amplifier 21 is led out to a load 10. Accordingly the accurate signal having no attenuation and distortion of a high-frequency signal and containing noise component can be measured.</p> |
