PURPOSE:To make stop characteristics excellent by winding an coil possible to change an amount of DC magnetic flux flowing through a magnetic substance round the magnetic substance coupling respective magnetic pole parts of a movable member. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic pole parts 5A-5D having slider teeth 4 facing to stator teeth 3 are provided on a movable member 1, and exciting coils 6 are wound round the respective magnetic pole parts. And, the respective magnetic pole parts are connected by a yoke 8, and an exciting coil 9 possible to change a magnetic flux amount is wound round a part corresponding to a part between said magnetic pole parts 5B and 5C. During a period of time the movable member 1 is moved, power is fed to the magnetic flux changeable exciting coil 9. Further in case the movable member 1 is stopped, more current is made to flow through said exciting coil 9 to increase a magnetic flux amount flowing through the yoke 8, thereby damping being given to the movable member 1. |
