PROCESS:A 4,5-dehydro-6-oxoprostaglanidin F1alpha shown by the formula II (R<11> and R<21> are OH-protecting group; R<31> is H or 1-10C lower alkyl) is oxidized, and if necessary, the protecting group is removed, the oxidized compound is hydrolyzed and esterified, to give a compound shown by the formulaI.
