PURPOSE:To enable to wind a tape around an electric parts safely and automatically by a method wherein feeding of the parts and winding of the tape are performed on a rotating body and at the circumference thereof, and moreover winding of the tape is made as to be completed within one divided rotation of the rotating body. CONSTITUTION:The parts A are equipped in order in concave parts of the rotating body 1 responding to divided rotation thereof. At the position where the parts A begins to come down making the top as the boundary responding to rotation, the tape being drawn out from the upper part of the rotating body is adhered closely and continuously on the outside circumference of the rotating body as to press the parts A. After adhered closely, the tape 15 is cut at every parts by a cutter 19, and when the parts reach a tape winding around mechanism 21, the parts A is held together with the tape 1 by action of an operating lever 24 to be taken out outside, and is adhered with pressure to a pressure welding member 33. At this time, one end side of the tape is adhered closely to the parts A, then a motor M3 is made to rotate, and the tape 15 is wound around the circumference of the parts A by rotation of a chuck. The parts A being finished with winding is removed from the chuck by the opening of the chuck and by step hit at the outside circumference of the rotating body, and is guided to a parts sheet. |
