PURPOSE:To improve the yield of a holder and suppress vibration, by die-cutting a rectangular brush holder, projecting terminals to one side, and arranging the holder with two semicircular magnets. CONSTITUTION:An automatic self-aligning type bearing 13 is mounted at the bottom of a flush-opening yoke 1. A brush holder 5 is made by die-cutting a rectangular printed circuit board with a flat motor which retains a rotor 9 through a shaft 10 to the bearing 3. It is fixed at the center of a yoke cover 4. Terminals 6 of a brush 7 are projected altogether to one side. A permanent magnet 12 for a semicircular field formed on both sides of the holder 5 is fixed by them. This improves yield of the printed circuit board, and suppresses vibration because the magnet 12 retains both sides of the holder 5. |
