PURPOSE:To prevent slip down of tips by carrying them while holding them from both upped and lower sides on an endless chain consisting of oval links in the trough slanted forward and upward. CONSTITUTION:Tips carrying unit is composed of a trough 1 slantingly extended forward and upward and of upper endless chain 4' consisting of oval links as well as the lower endless chain 4 consisting of oval links arranged longitudinally on the lower part of the trough 1 and subjected to circulatingly drive. Thips held in the horizontal part 1a of the trough move forward in upper belt region 4' of the lower chain moving along the bottom thereof. Tips are put between upper and lower belt regions to be moved upward in the slant part 1b of the trough because lower belt region 9' of upper link chain is voerlapped on the tips when they reach front edge of the horizontal part 1a. Tips are thrown off from the drop mouth when both belt regions 4', 9' return around the driving roller 8 and following roller 10. |
