<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an air pollution due to waste gas through cleaning the waste gas containing paint mist, dust and hydrocarbon discharged from a coating both for motor car etc., and returning the resulted clean gas to said both, by passing said waste gas through a gas filter and a adsorption tower. CONSTITUTION:At the coating process for motor car, electrical appliance etc., harmful waste gas containing dust, paint mist and hydrocarbon etc., discharged from a coating booth 5, is introduced first to a gas filter 11. The dust, paint mist contained in the waste gas are caught and removed by a filter cloth 12 made of glass fibers within the filter 11. Next, the gas is fed to an adsorbing tower 14 to adsorb and remove the contained hydrocarbon by a filter cloth 15 made of activated carbon fibers, and the purified air is reused again at the coating booth 5. The dust, mist and hydrocarbon stuck on to each cloth are removed, with using solvent 20, vapor 28 to regenerate the cloths, while vertically circulating and moving the filter cloths 12, 15 in the filter 11 and a sorbing tower 14.</p> |
