PURPOSE:To reduce the power consumption and lowering heat generation in case of driving a module, by providing a notch part for installing a formed coil to be used for generating a rotating magnetic field, on a substrate on which a magnetic bubble memory chip is loaded. CONSTITUTION:On a substrate 7 on which a magnetic bubble memory chip is loaded, a coil 5 of the first layer is formed by a formed coil 3 for generating a rotating magnetic field. After that, a coil 6 of the second layer is formed by inserting and installing the formed coil 3 into a notch part 8 provided on the substrate 7. In this way, since the coil 6 of the second layer can be made small-sized, the power consumption is reduced, and the generation of heat in case of driving a module is lowered. |
