<p>An anti-mitotic pharmaceutical composition comprises. (a) as an active ingredient, an anti-mitotic effective amount of the 21-acetate or 3,21-diacetate of 19-nor-pregna-1,3,5(10)-6,8,14-hexaene-3,17.alpha.,21-triol-20-one, or a mixture thereof, together with (b) a non-toxic, pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The pharmaceutical composition of the invention is particularly useful in treating psoriasis.</p> |
