PURPOSE:To make cutting allowance uniform by cutting automatically a pattern material for casting made of foamed resin after a model by a profiling device. CONSTITUTION:With a profiling device 3 in the center, a model 1 is placed on the tracer 9 side and a pattern material 2 is placed on the rotary cutting device 10 side. The shape of the model 1 is detected by the trancer 9 and the pattern material 2 is profiled by a tool 11 of the rotary cutting device 10. Pointed rotary tools 11 shaped (a), (b), (c) or others are selected and used according to the shape of worked face. |
