PURPOSE:To obtain a high quality heat insulation panel without any protruding section by moving continuously an anti-humidity surface treatment material for one side and placing on it a reinforcing material and attaching foaming resin on it and making it emit foams and stacking on it another anti-humidity surface treatment material for the other side and pressing and hardening it. CONSTITUTION:For example, a reinforcement material 2 is placed on an antihumidity surface treatment material 1 for one side and a foaming synthetic resin 3 is supplied from a spray 8. The resin attached on the reinforcement material 2 is removed by the compressed air blown out of a nozzle 9. The resin 3 that keeps foaming moves with the surface treatment material 1 in the direction shown by the arrow mark, and a heater 10 promotes foaming in the resin by heating it. Next, another anti-humidity surface treatment material 4 for the other side that moves in the same direction as the foaming resin is stacked and pressed on to the foaming body 7 that is kept unhardened and the thickness of the panel is regulated. Then the foaming body 7 of the resin 3 is hardened. |
