PURPOSE:To prevent a driver in a car running in the opposite direction from being dazzled by the after-glow of a head lamp, by providing a delay circuit for drivably retracting the head lamp on its upper side a predetermined time after turning off the head lamp. CONSTITUTION:Head lamps 15, 16 are retracted when a lighting switch 22 is in OFF position, and exposed when same is in UP position. A tail lamp 12 is lit when said switch is in T position, and the head lamps 15, 16 are lit when same is in H position. Then, a diode D5 in a light retractor control relay circuit 10 is earthed to turn on transistors Tr1, Tr2 and Tr3 and open a relay contact T21 which does not close until a certain time elapses even if said switch 22 is returned from H position to OFF one at a time so that during that time retract motors M1, M2 are not driven. Thus, retracting operation is not started before the after-glow do not disappear. |
