PURPOSE:To prepare an aquatic paste product having the real taste of carb, lobster, etc., being reinforced with calcium, by adding finely fivided powder of whole body or shell of crustacean, e.g., carb, lobster, etc. to ground fish meat. CONSTITUTION:In preparing conventionally an aquatic paste product, 0.2-20wt%, perferably 0.5-10wt% based on total amount of finely divided powder obtained by pulverizing w hole body or shell of crustacean, e.g., carb, lobster, etc. into <=150mu, preferably <=75mu is added to ground fish meat. |
