PURPOSE:To form uniform laver sheets continuously, by means of nozzles for jetting laver and water onto an endless belt and a feeding apparatus for feeding the water and laver to the nozzles. CONSTITUTION:A belt conveyor 1 which is an endless reed screen is constituted of rollers 2 and a belt 3, and frame edges 8 are provided at both edges. A laver is prepared in a constant proportion in a preparing apparatus 24 and snet under pressure to a laver header 13 by a pump 29. On the other hand, water is fed from a water tank 31 to a water header 14 under pressure, and both are mixed in nozzles 15 and jetted onto the belt 3 to form a laver layer. The excess water is then passed through the belt 3, and the laver layer is leveled and dehydrated by a leveling and dehydrating apparatus, dehydrated and fed into a drying chamber. |
