PURPOSE:To prepare a rice potage which has high nutritive value and can be easily absorbed in the body, by using polished rice converted to alpha-form as a main component, adding milk, sweet corn, etc. to the rice, and kneading and heating the mixture. CONSTITUTION:Polished rice converted to alpha-form is added with milk and creamy sweet corn, mixed in a mixer, put into a pot, added with butter, table salt, and sugar, and stirred under heating until it starts to boil. |
