<p>PURPOSE:To contemplate effective reuse of waste magnetic plastic, by melting the waste magnetic plastic by heating, solidifying the melt by cooling, grinding the solid, adding a modifier and asphalt to the ground particles and molding the mixture into a sheet. CONSTITUTION:A waste plastic coated with a magnetic material is molten by cooling to 220-300 deg.C, solidified by cooling, and ground to a particle size <=10 mesh. 5-10wt.% modifier is added to the ground particles and 10-60wt.% asphalt is added to the mixture. The resulting mixture is molded into a sheet. It is also possible to add below 60wt.%, based on the finished product, filler together with said asphalt in the above composition. Examples of said modifiers include plasticizers for synthetic resins, natural fats and oils, oils produced by dry distillation of plastics, and petroleum and coal fractions. As said filler, a powder of a metal, a metal oxide or a natural ore can be suitably used.</p> |
