PURPOSE:To obtain a pure black superior image causing no yellowing, etc. at the nonimage part of the copy even at high temp. and humidity by combining a specified diazo compound with specified 3 kinds of coupling components. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive layer is formed on a support such as white paper. The layer contains combinedly a compound represented by formulaI[where R<1> is 1-5C alkyl, etch of R<2> and R<3> is (substituted) alkyl, aralkyl or cycloalkyl, R<2> and R<3> may form a heterocyclic ring together with bound N, X is an anion, and the substituent is OH or the like]and coupling components represented by formulae II, III, IV[where Z is O, S, SO or SO2, R<2> and R<3> are identical with R<2> and R<3> of formulaI, and R<4> is H, 1-4C alkyl, alkyoxy or halogen). The yellow color developing component of formula II, the red color developing component of formula III and the blue color developing component of formula IV are mixed and combined with said diazo compound. Thus, a pure black-and-white image is obtd. The image is not yellowed over a long term even at high temp. and humidity. |
