PURPOSE:To discriminate various states clearly, by clearly reporting pieces of information on the out-range warning of an exposure controller, the display of a selftimer operation state, etc., by a change in the volume of a generated sound, a change of the volume with continuation time, an intermittent sound, etc. CONSTITUTION:The volume of warning or reporting sound is increased by three stages in the order of self-timer operation, low luminance warning, and a battery check, and during the self-timer operation, the volume of the sound is increased by three stages with second time. Further, the generated sound is intermitted during the low-luminance warning, and the tone of the generated tone is changed during the battery checking operation. Thus, various operation states are discriminated clearly and acoustically. Therefore, this system is utilized to report the charged state of a charged capacitor during strobe photography, not to mention, the warning of improper exposure of high luminance and that of the movement of a camera at a low shutter speed. |
