PURPOSE:To reduce the number of manufacturing processes for an oil duct of the divided transformer by providing a horizontal flange junction part in the intermediate part of each duct connecting the oil duct with an upper tank. CONSTITUTION:The connecting ducts 8 and 9 are prepared and slant flanges are welded to the side of the upper tank 5. And, horizontal flanges 26a are welded to the side of the oil duct 14 and flanges 26b having larger width than the horizontal flanges are welded temporarily. The ducts 8 and 9 are placed on the tank 5 and the flanges are fixed to each other by bolts. The horizontality of the duct 14 is adjusted by sliding the flange 26b along the side board of the duct 8. After the dimensions in the vertical and horizontal directions are adjusted by utilizing the thickness h of the flange 26b and the difference D in width of the flange 26a and 26b, the flanges 26a and 26b are welded to the duct respectively. Since the horizontal flange junction parts 26 are provided in the middle of the ducts 8-13 in addition to the slant flange junction parts 23 of the upper tanks 5-7 by this constitution, the adjustment of dimensions if facilitated and the number of working processes is reduced sharply. |
