PURPOSE:To prevent installation area from increasing by providing, in a frame a paper feed device for feeding recording papers placed in it in a piled state one by one to a route connected with the outlets of paper feeders. CONSTITUTION:The main body of a copying machine B has 2 paper feeders 16, 17 and a recording paper route 18 is provided between these feeders 16, 17 and a photosensitive drum 10. A recording paper (a) fed from either of the feeders 16, 17 or a paper feed device 38 is supplied to the drum 10 with a paper feed roller 19 situated on the route 18. A toner image formed on the drum 10 is transferred to the paper (a) supplied to the drum 10 during passing through a transfer electrode 13, this paper (a) is sent to a fixing device 20 with a belt conveyor 19, and after having fixed the toner image, the paper (a) is taken out of the machine with a unloading roller 21. |
