摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve the endurance of a measuring device and the measurement precision, and to prevent the variance of manufacture, by preventing resistance wires from shifting in position by making grooves in supporters for the temperature- dependent resistance wires corresponding to folding parts of the wires. CONSTITUTION:In a flow-rate measurement tube where gas to be measured flows, supports wound with temperature-dependent resistance wires are provided, and those supports have grooves at positions corresponding to folding parts of the resistance wires to prevent the resistance wires from shifting in position. Output signals of the resistance wires are utilized to measure the quantity of flow. For examle, supports 18 and 19 having grooves 181 and 191 at the edge parts are arranged, facing mutually, in a measurement tube 11; the former is wound with a heater wire 12 and a temperature-dependent resistance wire 13, and the latter with a temperature- dependent resistance wire 14 while their positions are fixed by utilizing the said grooves. From a signal temperature difference between both the resistance wires is constant, the quantity of gas flow is measured with precision, and the breaking of a wire and the variance of manufacture are prevented.</p>
