PURPOSE:To facilitate maintenance inspection by linking a monitoring pipe, wherein an upper/lower-limit oil level detector is installed, to an oil tank via two upper and lower pipes, and by fitting a stop valve and an oil discharge valve to it. CONSTITUTION:A monitoring pipe whose primary part is transparent is linked to the flank of an oil tank via an upper and a lower pipe, and an upper/lower-limit oil level detector is fitted in it while an oil discharge valve is fitted to the lower part, and a stop valve is provided to the said lower pipe. For example, a monitoring pipe 5 whose primary part is transparent is linked top the flank of an oil tank 1 by using a lower pipe 3 having a stop valve 7, and an upper pie 2, and in the monitoring pipe, an optical upper/lower-limit oil level detector manufactured by thermally depositing the aligned tips of optical fibers is installed. Further, an oil discharge valve 25 is fitted to the lower part. This structure permits the oil level of the monitoring pipe 5 to move up and down adequately by operating the valves, thereby inspecting the functions of the said oil level detector easily. |
