PURPOSE:To prevent the stain of copying paper due to toner and the stain of a roll on the other side by implanting heat-resistant fibers on a part of the surface brought into contact with the roll, of a fluororesin porous body to be applied with a releasing agent. CONSTITUTION:Heat-resistant fibers 4 are implanted on the coating surface of a fluororesin porous body 2 to add the toner cleaning effect. Since pores through which the release agent oozes are closed if fibers are implanted on the whole coating surface, pore parts are left and fibers are partially implanted. The releasing agent applying and cleaning device constituted in this manner is set to a fixing device and is used. Thus, the releasing agent is uniformly applied for a long period and the copy paper is prevented from being stained with the releasing agent. |
