<p>The bain-marie saucepan has three parts, the saucepan (1), the bowl (2) and connecting piece (4). The connecting piece has holes (5) in it and the bowl has holes (3) round its rim. The handle (7) is made in three parts, i.e. the saucepan handle (1'), the bowl handle (2') and the joining piece handle (4'), which are uxtaposed. When the three parts of the handle are juxtaposed the holes in the bowl rim and in the joining piece are aligned. When the bowl handle is rotated with regard to the other parts of the handle the steam exits are closed.</p> |
