The hand control for controlling construction vehicles consists of a hand lever which can be tipped against a spring to free it from its arrester (36) on the switch housing thus allowing the lever to swing to the right or left. This movement rotates a double lever (12) connected to a slide plate (20) which moves to the right or left to rotate drive shaft (5) through a swinging connector (29). The drive shaft is fixed to a swing arm (4) connected by a push-pull cable to the lever of an adjuster pump. The fine adjustment of the adjuster pump is simplified.
