Mounting device for a loudspeaker

This mounting device comprises an enclosure (1) which contains a loudspeaker, an indentation (3) which is formed in the bottom plate of the enclosure and extends in its axial direction, and a mounting plate (2) having a greater length than the length of the enclosure. At the two end areas of the mounting plate, through holes (9) are provided for accommodating screws. The mounting plate can be inserted into the indentation. The mounting device enables the loudspeaker to be attached at various points in a motor vehicle without there being any restrictions with regard to the type of motor vehicle. <IMAGE>
