PURPOSE:To improve the method for connecting a common cnnection line and lead wires for leading-out to piezoelectric vibrators in wich an ultrasonic vibrator array, specially, an arrya of piezoelectric vibrators for high frequency such as ultrasonic probes is arranged. CONSTITUTION:The metallic foil of a common connection line 6 and metallic foils of lead wires 7 for leading-out are connected into a T or pi form by high- temperature soldering or welding, and the common connection line 6 of this connection is connected to electrodes 2 of individual piezoelectric vibrators 1 by soldering. Thus, the thickness of the common connection line 6 and lead wires 7 after connection is controlled to prescribed dimensions or below very easily and efficiently by pressing or the like in case that they are connected preliminarily, and the thickness of them does not become a prescribed value or above for connection of them to the array of piezoelectric elements 1, and the device is produced with a high effeciency and a good yield. |
