Fixing element for reinforcing mat in building - has anchoring section and insert with spacing flanged ribs, esp. for construction work

The fixing element possesses a plate (1) from whose upper side, five ribs (2) spaced equally from one another, protrude. Each rib (2) has a projecting flange (3) facing the rib on either side of it, the gaps between the ribs and beneath the flanges (3) being dimensioned so that the wires or cords of the reinforcing mat, conductors etc. can be set or hung in them with clearance. The plate (1) is supported by a pin (4) with a circular cross-section, which fits into a blind hole (5) in the top of an anchoring shaft (6). This anchor shaft (6) has a number of cross-shaped ribs (7) and also has barbs (8) at its lower end. Its top part has a flange (9) on which, supports (10), in the fixing element, bear,when the pin (4) is inserted into the blind hole in the top. This fixing element can be used to fix reinforcing mats etc. to concrete walls during construction work on buildings.
