PURPOSE:To simplify the production process and improve efficiency and luminous bundle maintaining rate, by applying the first phosphor to the inside wall of a valve, sintering it and electrostatically applying the second phosphor. CONSTITUTION:A suspension prepared by dispersing the first phosphor together with a binder in a solvent is applied onto the inside wall of a valve, and then subjected to sintering to form the first phosphor layer. The second phosphor is electrostatically applied onto the first phosphor layer, to form the second phosphor layer. |
