The skull part (1, 2, 9, 10) of the dummy is divided into a cranial part (1) and remaining skull part (2). These two parts are connected to one another in a detachable and airtight manner. The remaining skull part (2) is closed off by means of a plate (3). Arranged in the chamber (19) thus formed is an inflatable element (7), which is connected to the environment by means of a tubular piece (11) which extends through the nose part (9). The chamber (19) is connected to a bellows (16) for simulating the respiratory movement. In the tubular piece (11) a pipe element (12) is fitted in a detachable manner. The cranium (1) is connected by means of a screw bolt (5) to a frame (4), which in turn is securely connected to the plate (3). Thus, on the one hand the inflatable element (7) and on the other hand the pipe element (12) can be easily replaced, so that no germs can be transmitted. The interior of the bellows (16) and of the chamber (19) is thus isolated from the person breathing, in such a way that germs cannot be introduced. <IMAGE>
