PURPOSE:To facilitate the operation processing, by providing the second clock which displays a relative time independently of a clock for display the actual time and calculating the call time by the second clock. CONSTITUTION:When a calling subscriber originates, a charging control part CC sets storage position information of the calling subscriber in a position corresponding to the trunk acquired for the call of a trunk memory TM. After the calling subscriber dials, a band code for the other party of the call is set on a basis of dial information, and further, when the other party of the call answers, the actual time of a time clock TIM and the count value of a counter clock CNT are read out and are set to storage positions for the start time and the count value of the counter clock at the call start time in the trunk memory TM. When the call is completed. the control part CC detects the call end time and reads the count value of the clock TIM at this time to obtain the duration of a call. |
