Hot calendar for bonding different materials - uses adhesive sheets and polyurethane film with hot roller for bonding

Hot calender for bonding materials of different kinds (e.g. textiles, paper, leather etc.), to other materials uses adhesive sheets of various thicknesses and polyurethane film of various thicknesses and a hot roller to bond the material to the film. It can be used in carpet mfr. or for bonding textile to foam. Paper was bonded to textiles using a 0.030 mm adhesive sheet, with a thermostat setting of 180 deg.C (true final temp. 163 deg.C) and pressure of 150g/sq.cm. for 15 secs.
