The mounting for connecting an aircraft wing box to the cell shoulder frame is a split forked fitting with congruent halves. The connection-lugs (13) are at an angle (alpha) to the fuselage fastening-lugs' (14) plane of symmetry, the fastening- and connection-drillings (15,16) being perpendicular to one another or nearly so. The horizontal axis of the connection-lug (13) of each half is inclined at an angle (beta) to the horizontal axis of the fastening-lug (14). The values of alpha and beta depend on the position of the mounting-centre (B).
