The lorry body hydraulic tipper comprises a telescopic ram (3) coupled via top (6) and bottom (4) bearings to the body and chassis (7,5) respectively, one at least of the bearings allowing pivoting between the ram and the body and/or chassis in a vertical transverse plane of the lorry. This bearing (6) allows some free movement in the vertical plane, and can have horizontal trunnions (11) in brackets (13) having holes (14) elongated in the vertical direction allowing the trunnions to move at right angles to their axes. |
