PURPOSE:To increase the space factor for the block of the subject rotary commutator as well as to contrive miniaturization of the rotary commutator using the commutator element same as that heretofore in use by a method wherein the bolt, with which an insulating plate will be installed on a commutator ring, and the bolt to be used to attach the fastening fitting formed in U-shape on the insulating plate are isolated. CONSTITUTION:A thin insulating plate 9 is inserted between the inner surface of a rotary commutator ring 1, and a thick insulating plate is installed using a hexagon-headed bolt 11. Then, the U-shaped fastening fitting 10 is fexed, pinching a thin insulating plate 9a in the same method as the thick insulating plate 8, using a hexagon-headed bolt 11a and a nut, the rotary commutator block 2 is inserted in the fastening fitting 10 and fixed from both sides of the fastening fittings 10 using a hexagon-headed bolt 11b. Through these procedures, the width in circumferential direction of the fastening fitting 10 and the thick insulating plate 8 can be reduced and the diameter of the commutator ring can also be formed smaller, thereby enabling to miniaturize thr rotor. |
