PURPOSE:To prevent the breakage of a keep plate for a torque transfer key and a fitting bolt for the keep plate as well as to contrive improvement of the safety for the subject rotor by a method wherein a stepped side wall is provided on the inner circumferential side of the keep plate to be used for the torque transfer key, the side wall is tightly connected to the inner circumference of a rotor rim, and a void is provided between the lower surface of the side wall of the keep plate and the upper end face of the key. CONSTITUTION:On the keep plate 13 to be used for the torque transfer key which is fixed on the upper end face of the outer circumference of a spider 15 using a bolt 7, the side face, i.e., a stepped section F, is provided to prevent the shifting in the outer circumferential direction, tightly fixed on the inner circumference of the rotor rim 3, and on the side opposing to the lower end face of the keep plate 13, to be used for the torque transfer key, a torque transfer key 14 with a relief 19, having measurements F which is a little larger than the void (g) located between the lower surface of the load retaining key 4 and the rotor rim 3, is provided. Through these procedures, the damage of the keep plate and the fitting bolt can be prevented without deteriorating the function of the torque transfer key, thereby enabling to improve the safety of the rotor. |
