The principal component to be mixed with an admix material passes, via a principal feed pipe (17), into a mixing vessel (2) having an agitator (12) with a vertical rotary axle (11). An opening (31) in feed line connection (30) for the admix material lies below the level of material (35) in the mixing vessel. The admix material is supplied in portions and supplied uniformly because of the arrangement of the feed line connection (30). The preliminary distribution of the admixed material in the mixing vessel may be influenced by a different shape and alignment for the opening for the admixed material. <IMAGE> |
