PURPOSE:To obtain an inductor by a method wherein a minimized conductive element is mounted on a thin plate like insulator or a similar magnetic substance, which passed through it and the conductive element is connected to a coil through a laminating process. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic substance powder containing Fe3O4 mainly is mixed with a proper binder and solvent to make a sheet. A through hole 21 is provided in the predetermined position on a surface layer sheet 2, further a conductive past is charged into the sheet 2 and a conductive channel 23 is printed thereon. Through conductors 31, 32 are formed on a second layer sheet 3, subsequently through conductors 41 through 44 are formed on a sheet 4, further conductors l1 through l4 are formed on a sheet l and last conductors n1, n2 are formed on a sheet n. No hole is provided on a bottom layer m. The through conductors mounted on the sheets respectively are backed successively through a laminating, press-attaching, heating and holding process for the sheets to provide a coil 6. According to the above constitution, the winding number of the coil can be changed by displacing the through conductors and the crossection of the conductors is shaped circular substantially, and further the conductor channel having a low resistivity can easily be formed. |
