<p>The device comprises a number of vertical parallel axially movable push rods which cooperate with a horizontal actuating bar which is axially and rotationally movable. The upper ends of the rods abut on various inclined surfaces formed in recesses in the lower surface, such that selective positioning of the rods moves the bar in the desired manner.
