PURPOSE:To dry effectively extruded bodies having thick size and further soft and weal properties, thereby being apt to be cracked, by means of drying method using infrared rays of special wave length band for said bodied including moisture, linder and ferrite material. CONSTITUTION:Extruded bodies containing moisture, binder and ferrite material and dried by intermediate infrared rays with main wave length band above 3mum and infrared ray. This drying process is thermally effective and accelerates thernal economy, because complex and big apparatus which is need for increasing thermal conduction speed such as in thermal heating method, is unnecessary and a process of heating the whole hot stove is omitted. |
