PURPOSE:To properly perform thermal fusion and simplify operation processes by a method wherein an iron wire buried in the vicinity of the portion of a mold at which it is installed to a bumper is caused to pass through the electromagnetic induction coil of a high frequency induction heating device for heating the mold by induction. CONSTITUTION:An iron wire 3 is longitudinally buried in a plastic mold 2 along in the vicinity of its parts at which the mold is to be mounted on a bumper. The mold 2 having buried iron wire 3 is temporarily fixed to a bumper 1 with fixing members 4. The bumper 1 to which the mold 2 is temporarily fixed is caused to pass through an electromagnetic induction coil 6 of a high frequency induction heating device 5 and the mold 2 is thermaly fused to the bumper 1 by induction heating the iron wire 3. |
