Seated on each driven shaft (1) is a sun gear (3) which meshes with its mating planet gear (4) with an internal toothed rim. All the planet gears (4) are joined together rigidly to form a single block (5) which is displaced parallel to itself by an eccentric shaft (2) in such a way that each point of the block (5) describes identical circles with the radius (e) of the eccentric and that each planet-gear pair fulfils the condition: e = r1-r2 = constant, where r1 is the radius of the pitch circle of the internal toothed rim of the planet gear (4) and r2 is the radius of the pitch circle of the sun gear (3). This embodiment of the mechanism makes it possible in a relatively simple manner to transmit rotations with different transmission ratios simultaneously from a drive shaft to a group of parallel shafts offset spatially with respect to one another. <IMAGE>
