PURPOSE:To automatically correct correcting value for weighing, by setting the next correction value for difference by adding or subtracting a value obtained by multiplying a correction factor of 0-10% to the difference between the weighed value and set value to or from the last correction value for difference. CONSTITUTION:The next correction value for difference is set by adding or subtracting a value obtained by multiplying a correction factor of 0-10% fixed for each weighing brand to the difference between the last weighed value and the set value to or from the last correction value for difference, and it is arranged that, when the diffeence between the weighed value and the set value exceeds a prescribed value, no corecting operation is made and only an alarm is generated. For example, after a rough weighing is completed in a 2-step weighing controlling system, preset DELTAWN(=set value for minute weighing - last correctin value for difference) is comparted with the minute weighed value, and, when the difference is within an allowable range, the next correction value is set by adding or subtracting a value obtained by multiplying a pescribed correction factor to the difference, and then, the next correction value is stored. When the difference exceeds the allowable range, an alarm is generated and the processing is performed through manual operations. |
