PURPOSE:To prevent delay in display time despite the occurrence of voltage drop owing to lamp lighting by stopping driving of a motor during lamp lighting and fast feeding the motor as much as for stop time after putting out of the lamp thereby correcting the time. CONSTITUTION:When a lamp switch S is turned on, a lamp L goes on. At the same time, an up-down counter 15a strts counting the pulses supplied to the up input. Next, when the switch S is turned off, the lamp L goes off, and a motor 9 is fast fed by a frequency divided signal B of 32, Hz, and the correction operation for restoring the time delay is started. No more up signals P8 are supplied to the counter 15a, and in turn, down signals P9 of 32 Hz are supplied. When the content of the counter 15a goes zero, this is detected 15b, and the ordinary stepping operation of 1Hz is resumed. |
