The channel selection voltage regulator comprises a capacitor, the voltage across which is supplied to an electronic tuner. A first constant current source charges or discharges the capacitor with a first constant current, and a second constant current source discharges or charges the capaciter with a second constant current higher than the first constant current. When the second constant current source is operative, the capacitor is charged or discharged with a differential current between the first and second constant currents for a frequency sweep.
