PURPOSE:To continue the unmanned operation of a transaction terminal equipment by communicating between the transaction terminal equipment and monitor center through a calculation center when a transmission trouble is generated between the transaction terminal equipment and the monitor center. CONSTITUTION:In the unmanned operation, when the trouble is generated in the terminal equipment 10, a trouble telegraphic message indicating the contents of the trouble is transmitted to the monitor center 30 through a monitor 40 from the terminal equipment 10 and the terminal equipment 10 is reset according to an instruction from the monitor center 30. When the trouble in the line of a monitor system or the equipment error or the like (transmission error or the monitor system error) of the monitor 40 is generated, the trouble telegraphic message is delivered to the calculation center 50 from the terminal equipment 10, and the calculation center 50 transmits this telegraphic message to the monitor center 30. The monitor center 30 uses the same path and feeds the instruction for resetting to the relevant terminal equipment 10. Thereby, even if the error is generated in the monitor system, the unmanned operation can be continued. |
