PURPOSE:To improve picture qualities of electric discharge recordings made by a high speed recording, by performing recording on the electric discharge recording paper with a recording pen on which a voltage and a heat are impressed. CONSTITUTION:When a negative voltage is impressed on a pipe 7 of a pen recording section through a lead wire 8, a recording electric current is supplied from a return circuit electrode 11 to the recording layer section of an electric discharge recording paper 1 located between the pipe 7 and an edge 10 through the conductor layer of the recording layer, and then, the recording layer is broken by the electric discharge and the conducting layer is exposed. Thus, the recordings of analog waveforms are performed. At this time, blanked spots and unevennesses in the recording density which may possibly be caused by the electric discharge recording are eliminated or reduced by the stable heating breakage of the recording layer by a built-in heater to which the electricity is supplied through another lead wire. |
