PURPOSE:To control the specific dial number when the content of memories coincides, by storing a specific dial number predetermined to a memory, storing the transmitted dial number through dial operation to another memory, and comparing the content of the memories. CONSTITUTION:When the production of an OFF-hook signal FHS is detected by a control section CPU, the CPU makes itself as initial state and a dial permissible signal DIEN is transmitted to a dial control circuit through ''self-diagnosis processing'' routine. The dial operation is discriminated with a status signal ST and a number signal DN and each digit of the dial number is stored in each address of a variable memory RAM, and this is compared with the specific dial number stored in each digit of each address of a fixed memory ROM in advance at the CPU for each digit to check the coincidence. If coincided, ''no charge number flag'' or ''inhibited number flag'' is set depending on the group of the specific dial number and the specified control is made accordingly. |
